Yoga Buddy Partner Series

Join Mary & Katie for an Asana Partnering Series that will guide you through: resistance, facilitated opening, alignment awareness, building trust, using your hands, verbal communication, body assessments and more! Open to all levels of experience with asana. Feel free to come with a “yoga buddy” or be paired up with a partner at the beginning of class. We will do our best to create a warm and inviting environment to feel comfortable learning about your own body and helping others do the same. Consecutive attendance is not required. Taught by Katie Tree & Mary Kirkendoll.
